You can make your own skin care product, you can buy a dark glass bottle on Amazon to mix Lavender, carrier oil, and Vitamin A & E in the bottle. You can fill up the bottle mainly with the carrier oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil) and add maybe half a ounce of Vitamin A & E with your choose of amount of Lavender. It all depends on how loud you want the DIY product to smell. You can apply this product to affect areas on your body.
Massages: Simply add Lavender to your massage cream, oil or lotion. You only need a few drops. If you add it to oil, I find using fractionated coconut is the best.
